December 24th, 1998
We established Beijing Hailin Electrical Equipment Company in Beijing to produce energy saving thermostats. The goal from the beginning to was to create a national brand.

2001
We expanded the supply range of our HVAC control systems and cooperated with a top 30 manufacturer in the industry through an ODM program.

2003
By this point we have an annual production capacity of 1 million thermostats. We rented a 2200 square meters and a new office facility. We began to explore the international market.

2005
By 2005, HaiLin has a good reputation in the Chinese HVAC control field and we attracted the attention of many internationally renowned companies looking to us for OEM services.
In this period, we passed the quality system inspection by numerous clients and were able to make considerable improvements to our systems.

2006
We purchase the Changping Industrial Park in Changping, the park covers 39mu and the factory spans 7000m2. We reached a year end thermostat output of 3 billion units.

2008
Our thermostats were installed in 17 venues of the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics.

2009
We became a leader in the Chinese HAVC industry, and controlled about 50% of the industry's market share. Around this time, we began working with solar water heaters and heat metering industries.

2010
Hailin established a research and production base in Huilongguan International Information Industry Base, aiming to utilize solar energy and geothermal energy to provide cooling, heating, and hot water with the intelligent energy-saving control system in buildings. This product was exhibited in the Shanghai World Expo 2010.

2014
We began focusing heavily on energy saving solutions for buildings.
